1. Job summary

a) Assist Project Manager to manage NPI projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, to ensure successful ramp-up

   协助项目经理管理NPI项目的计划、成本、质量，以确保项目顺利进入量产

2. Key Responsibilities

a) To work closely with all departments and monitor their progress so that any deviations could be dealt with speedily与     各部门密切合作，跟踪他们的进展，以便任何偏差可以迅速处理

b) To chair periodic meetings to divest information and collect data and compare against project schedule

   主持定期会议，收集数据和跟进目进度

c) To assist the manager in planning the entire project costing

   协助项目经理计划整个项目成本核算

d) To get assistance to work out labor requirement and plan machine capacity utilization

   协助解决劳动力需求和计划机器产能利用率

e) To build team spirit, you are required to establish close working relationship with all levels in the organization

   注重团队精神,需要与组织中的各级建立密切的工作关系

3. Requirements

a)Minimum 5 years of working experience in in project management or engineering or production

   至少5年在项目管理、工程、生产的工作经验（高级项目工程师需要至少5年）

b) Basic knowledge in SAP system

   熟悉SAP系统的基本操作

c) Capable of reading and writing e-mail in English & verbal English

英语读写熟练和基本的英语口语

d) Know-how in tooling or molding or assembly or small appliances is added advantage

   熟悉模具、注塑、装配和小家电项目是额外优势
