工作职责： 

1. 进行基础的市场研究； 

2. 协助对投资项目进行可行性分析，包括财务模型搭建和资产评估； 

3. 协助就交易谈判和执行过程与外部专业人士保持联系； 

4. 协助尽职调查，现场检查以及项目租赁，融资和施工进度监控； 

5. 及时准备投资备忘录，报告和投资报告； 

6. 完成所有内部流程和合规要求。 

 

工作要求： 

1.知名学府的金融、经济管理、房地产或其他工科和理科学士学位或以上学位； 

2. 优先考虑具有海外教育或工作经验； 

3. 优先考虑拥有 CFA，CPA，房地产评估师或其他的专业证书； 

4. 熟练使用计算机及办公软件，特别是 Excel； 

5.优秀的表达、分析和沟通能力，包括普通话和英语的口语和书面能力； 

6. 学习能力强、有团队合作精神、能同时处理多任务，具有职业操守和积极工作态度。 

What you will do:  

1. Perform fundamental market research;

2. Assist in feasibility analysis on investment projects; including financial modeling and asset valuation;

3.Assist to liaise with external professional parties on deal negotiation and execution process;

4. Assist in due diligence process, site inspection as well as project leasing, financing and construction progress monitoring;

5. Prepare investment memos, presentations and investment reports in a timely manner; 

6.  Meet with all internal operational and compliance requirements.

 

Who you are:

1. Bachelor or above degree holder in finance, economics, business management, real estate or other science and engineering disciplines from a well-established institution;

2.Overseas education or working experience would be preferred;

3. CFA, CPA, Real Estate Appraiser or other equivalent professional designations would be preferred;

4. Computer literate and must be proficient in using Microsoft office software especially excel;

5. Excellent presentation, analytical and communication skills, including a solid command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;

6.A quick learner and a team player, a multi-tasker, and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
