Responsibilities:

1. Purchase experience and Knowledge of Electronic and PCB, experience in Inverter business is plus

具备变频器和电路板采购经验和知识,有在逆变器业务从事采购经验***

2. Develop new suppliers and support SQE to audit new supplier

开发新供应商，并支持采购员对新供应商的审核

3. track and follow supplier's action plan

追踪供应商行动计划　

4. Necessary material purchasing for company productioin, ask for quotation and negotiate with supplier

公司生产所需原材料采购，供应商要求报价并议价

5. Make purchasing schedule and help for scheme for production

制定原材料采购计划，协助生产安排

6. Make effective measures to control purchasing costs of materials and increase qualified rate and OTD of vendor

采取有效措施控制材料采购成本,提高供应商送货准时率及合格率

7.PO tracing, with good command of purchasing progress and good communication of relative departments

PO跟踪，交货期跟催，掌握采购进度，与相关部门沟通。

8. Actively solve and offer help in solving quality problems of supplier's goods. With periodic evaluation of existing suppliers and sourcing of new ones due to business requirements

主导及协助供应商处理品质问题,定期评估现有供应商,开发新供应商

9. Draft contract with suppliers and track payment plan

与供应商来起草相应的合同并跟踪付款计划

10. Continue to work on cost reduction frequently and work with suppliers to develop better supplier chain

与供应商一道持续来降低成本和打造完善的供应链

 

Requirements:

任职资格：

1. bachelor degree or above,Electronic background

本科以上学历,电气背景

2.5 years’ working experience as purchase, in similar industry

5年相关行业供应商工作经验

3.familiar with the electronic components and PCB,experience in Inverter is plus

4.be good at reading and writing in English

5.good problem solving skill, and communication skill

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world. OPT’s strong presence in existing markets gives us the ability to leverage these relationships with itsaxial flux motors and inverters increasing the platform value 2-3x over gearboxes alone. OPT is exceptionally well positioned to capitalize on the movement to electromechanicalfor both on and off-highway application.
