Responsibilities工作职责

1. Interface person between Customer and Chassis tuning and testing department, clarify customer needs, technical explanation on behalf of vehicle dynamics and chassis electronics
2. Conventional suspension tuning on spring, damper anti-roll bar, bushings, bumpstop, top mount, rebound spring, etc.
3. Adaptive/active suspension tuning on airspring, adaptive/active dampers, etc.
4. Subjective evaluation and benchmarking on ride comfort, handling, steering, noise, tire performance etc.
5. Objective measurements on ride comfort and handling performance, equipment installation, driving and data processing
6. K&C test analysis and benchmarking, Kinematics and Elastokinematics analysis on simulation tools
7. Chassis electronics systems evaluation and calibration such as 4 wheel drive system, steering system, etc. ESP evaluation and sign off
8. Sales acquisition support on technical side

Qualification and Requirements任职资格

1. Bachelor or master degree of automotive engineering
2. Excellent driving skills (at/over vehicle limit on different surfaces)
3. Excellent subjective evaluation skills
4. Solid knowledge about overall vehicle dynamics, kinematics and elastokinematics, hardware characteristics on different tuning parts
5. Solid knowledge about E/E architecture, signal communication and software calibration
6. Familiar to use Vector tools like CANape; simulation tools like ADAMS or similiar tools and so on
7. Familiar to execute objective measurements and analyze K&C tests
8. Minimum 5 years working experience
