高级客户经理 

Senior Account Manager 

 

工作地点 - 上海 （外地根据情况也可以考虑，如重庆）

出差需求: 25-50% 

 

Identify and grow new business opportunities for Chrysan Shanghai, while manage on-going accounts.  

Role & Responsibilities 

1. Identify new business opportunities, and develop sales plans to achieve the sales growth and target 

2. Respond to RFQs and follow up inquiries promptly 

3. Maintain great relationships for assigned customers 

4. Identify qualified supplier partners and products to support RFQs, and Liaise with local distributors 

5. Strengthen Chrysan brand awareness to promote long term growth 

6. Participate trade shows and follow up with leads 

7. Able to handle some basic technical conversations and communications, and when needed, engage internal technical/quality team and/or external third-party team to resolve any customer product development and technical concerns promptly 

8. Promptly update sales data and report progress in company ERP system, Sharepoint or designated formats as required 

Education & Experience 

1. Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, chemical, engineering or other related fields 

2. Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in automotive industries (including aftermarket/service markets).  Experience in automotive lubricant industries is strongly desired.  

3. Technical/engineer background in lubricant/chemical industries is a plus 

Qualification & Skills  

1. Fluent in Mandarin and English for both verbal and written communications is a must. Korean and other AP language knowledge is a plus 

2. Technical background in automotive lubricant field is a plus 

3. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

4. Flexible for travel and conference schedules 

5. Self-starter and self-disciplined. Ability to perform without supervision 

6. Details to attention, hardworking and trustworthy 

7. Good time management skills, and ability to multi-tasking, and complete task timely without reminders 

8. Good interpersonal skills and a friendly team player 

9. Flexible in assignment, and willing to go extra miles to get job done 

10. Tactical and convincing negotiation skills

1.      发现新的商机，制定销售计划以实现销售增长为目标

 

2.      回复客户询价并及时跟进

 

3.      与指定客户保持良好的关系

 

4.      确定合格的供应商合作伙伴和产品以支持客户询价，并与当地经销商联络

 

5.      强化凯山品牌意识并促进企业长期发展

 

6.      参加贸易会展并跟踪潜在客户

 

7.      能够处理一些基本的技术商讨和沟通，并在需要时与公司内部技术/质量团队或外部第三方团队合作，及时解决客户产品开发和技术问题

 

8.      及时更新销售数据，并根据需要以公司ERP系统、共享文件或指定格式报告进度

 

教育和经验

 

1.      工商管理、市场营销、化工、工程或其他相关专业本科以上学历

 

2.      至少5年汽车行业（包括售后市场/服务市场）的销售、营销经验。有汽车润滑油行业工作经验者优先

 

3.      润滑油/化工行业技术/工程师背景优先

 

资格和技能

 

1.      流利的中英文口头及书面沟通能力。韩语和其他语言知识者优先

 

2.      有汽车润滑油领域的技术背景者优先

 

3.      良好的计算机操作技能，包括微软办公软件Excel，PowerPoint和Word

 

4.      可以灵活安排旅行和会议日程

 

5.      具有积极主动性和自律性，无监督执行能力

 

6.      注重细节，勤劳守信

 

7.      良好的时间管理能力，能同时完成多项任务，无需提醒即可及时完成任务

 

8.      良好的人际交往能力和友好的团队合作精神
