Responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

1、Oversee and handle daily operation of Finance department including invoicing, payment, employee expense claims and debtor management

2、Responsible for full set of accounts, month-end and year-end closing and ensure all financial record comply with accounting standards, company policies as well as legal requirements

3、Review monthly and yearly tax filing, financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and global guidelines

4、Responsible for tax planning, cost analysis and quarterly/annual audit, assist in budgeting

5、Liaise with external consultants and relevant authorities on both project and company tax and statutory matters

6、Support ERP system enhancement to ensure data accuracy and improve reporting process

7、Participate in ad hoc tasks

Requirements

1、Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, medium level accountant certificate (中级会计职称) or other professional certificates (ACCA/CPA) preferable but not mandatory

2、Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience, familiar with local tax regulation, preferably gained from MNC in manufacturing industry

3、Self-motivated, attention to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

4、Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills

5、Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics or SAP will be an advantage

6、Good command of both written and spoken English

CARBOGEN AMCIS is a market leading supplier for drug substance services for the pharmaceutical industry and also produces both drug substances and final medicines for clinical trials and commercial supply.
