<Job Brief>

• Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

       主要职责：审计财务文件和流程，处理银行对账单，结算税金和退税。您应具备记账经验、并对数字错误相当的敏感。

• Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

       此外，您能为公司提供准确的、量化的财务状况、流动线和业务现金流，同时确保公司遵守国家法定税务相关的法律和规定。

 

<Responsibilities for Accountant>

• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (i.e. GAAP, CAS), rules, regulations, and systems of internal control.

       确保遵守相关标准（如：GAAP，CAS）、规则、规定和内部控制。

• Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.

      协助实施新的会计政策，准则和准则。

• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.

• Manage all accounting transactions.

      管理所有会计交易。

• Prepare budget forecasts.

• Publish financial statements in time.

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Ensure timely bank payments.

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

<Qualifications for Accountant>

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

      取得会计、金融或相关领域的学士学位，或接受过同等学历的教育、培训和经验。

• 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience.

      2-5年的会计/财务经验。

• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with accounting software.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.

• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
