   1. Lead and supervise the team for

• C&B
• Monthly payroll calculation, distribution, cost analysis and individual income tax declaration.
• Participate in the annual salary survey, being responsible for job analysis and evaluation by working together with business HR colleagues.
• Obtain all necessary information for compensation proposal/budgets/severance calculation to make sure the salary structure is correctly benchmarked to the competitor group and right positioned in the market, as well as to enhance the outside competitiveness and internal equity.
• Be responsible for annual merit review and annual salary increase recommendation
• Support annual budget planning & A+F rolling
• Coordinate with relative counterparts regarding the centralized C&B guidelines and initiatives
• Commercial medical insurance & annual physical check administration
• Attendance & leave management
• Staffing
• Employment circle management, from onboard to separation.
• Work together with TA head for recruitment vendor management
• Hiring process implementation
• Reporting, analysis & system maintenancet
• Employee Master data update
• Monthly report preparation & analysis
• System maintenance & management
• Permit/visa application support

2. Act as the business partner role to support BLL Maintenance to improve employee engagement, talent development/succession plan, labor efficiency and so on.
3. HR project assigned
