ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for company management reporting based on the performance incl. financial (PL, BS and Cash Flow) and key business KPIs

• Handle the report and submission to stakeholders following the requirement of different system incl. Richemont, YNAP and Alibaba
• Support the closing process and ensure the book is closed on time incl. the accrual and alignment with business team

• Handle the BPS report submission based on Richemont requirement
• Provide post-tracking analysis between actual and forecast, identify the risk and opportunities and provide the insights on timely basis to planning

• Organize and review monthly performance with business function to facilitate the understanding of the functional performance and identify action plan to address the challenges if any

• KPI tracking and report to monitor closely the company performance

• Support the monthly management committee meeting incl. the report and analysis

• BP support when necessary

• Ad-hoc report per system requirement

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with major in finance and economy

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Prefer relevant experiences from FMCG, e-commerce or luxury industry
• Strong commercial sense, business acumen and with business partnering experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

• Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail and independency

• Good time management and priority setting skills

• Can do spirit and pro-active and able to drive initiatives and follow through
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in the use of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge and experience in BI and financial analysis tool is a plus
• Good spoken and written both English and Chinese
