岗位职责：

负责总经理办公室的办公服务工作，负责组织并撰写总经理室的各项综合性文字材料等；根据总经理要求跟踪企业各项工作的落实、执行情况；负责总经理室的宾客接待工作等。

任职要求：

1、工商管理相关专业全日制大学本科及以上学历；

2、5年以上企业管理工作经验，年龄25-35岁左右，形象气质佳；

3、具有良好的人际关系处理能力，工作耐心细致、有条理，办事严谨有责任心；

4、熟悉电脑操作及office办公软件的应用；

5、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作，有较强的公文写作及表达能力。
