岗位职责：

1、负责住宅项目销售前期与工程部对接，协助进行项目相关手续以及证件办理；

2、负责住宅项目的销售管理工作；

3、执行项目销售计划，协助组建售楼团队，具体实施项目销售工作；

4、配合公司其他部门的工作，为其提供市场预测、反馈及营销方面的支持；

5、根据销售计划，参与制定和调整销售方案（策略）、宣传推广方案（策略），并负责具体销售方案实施；

6、负责客户服务管理，及时处理投诉、退房等问题，保证企业利益；

7、负责与代理公司、各合作单位的监管、配合；

任职要求：

1、房地产营销、市场营销策划、建筑等相关专业，正规院校专科以上学历；
2、5年以上房地产行业从业经验，3年以上同岗位工作经历；

3、熟悉房地产行业及有关法律法法规，熟悉项目前期策划、广告、开盘、定价、现场销售管理等流程；

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行力。
