1. 带领服务员认真做好餐厅准备

Lead the waiter to prepare the restaurant carefully

2. 正式开餐后，督促服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作

After the formal meal, urge the waiter to do the service work carefully and attend the service work in person

3. 及时检查台面，上菜速度，了解客人需求

Timely check the table, speed of serving, and understand the needs of guests

4. 餐后组织服务员及时清台，整理好餐厅卫生

Organize the waiters to clear the table in time and tidy up the sanitation of the restaurant

5. 英语熟练，善于交流，热爱服务工作，工作踏实，认真，有事业心和责任感

Proficient in English, good at communication, passionate about service work, practical, earnest, enterprising and responsible

6. 有西餐厅管理经验，对于培训新员工有一定的经验

Have experience in western restaurant management, and have certain experience in training new employees

7. 服从餐厅管理，并有一定的执行力

Obey the management of the restaurant and have certain execution ability

8. 有高档餐厅工作经验者优先

Previous experience in up-market restaurants is required
