Job description:

l Provide technical support and training for customer and partner.

l After sales technical support and conduct R&R process.

l Field service (on site support) for customer, conduct/support field trial and testing.

l Gather technical info from customer/competitor and feed back to R&D.

l Technical document translation and preparation.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree.

l Major in electronic, automation or equivalent.

l Min 2 years related working experience.

Capabilities:

l Familiar with international technical support or after sales support process.

l Fluent oral and writing English.

l Good interpersonal and communication skill.

l Capable of frequent international travels.
