full-Time English Teacher Qualification and Job Description

岗位职责：

Job Description

1.负责0岁-6岁儿童英语课程教学工作的组织与实施

Skills to lead a class of 0 to 6 years old children or parent-child pair activities.

2.负责课堂教具准备，教室环创布置；

Prepare the teaching aids and related environment for the class.

3.负责及时掌握学员语言学习动态和要求，对学员进行辅导和服务；

Observe and monitor the student’s learning process, guide and scaffold the children to meet their individual need.

4.负责协助中心校区的市场推广宣传活动及DEMO课展示；

Conduct the DEMO class and support marketing events.

5.负责组织实施与教学相关的各项活动；

Organize other educational activities

6.负责定期对孩子的成长跟家长沟通

Speak to the children’s parents about their child’s development.

岗位要求：

Desired Criteria:

1.英语母语国家，无明显口音；

Native Speaker, good pronunciation.

2.有TEFL或TESOL证书，大学本科以上学历，年龄22-35岁；

Hold the certificate of TEFL or TESOL; Degree or above, aged 22 to 35 years old.

3.有1年以上0-12岁学生教学经验；

At least one year teaching experience for 0 to 12 years old children.

4.形象气质佳，活泼开朗，能和学生良好互动, 对幼儿英语教学热情；

Neat and pleasant appearance; optimistic, outgoing; passionate and dedicated to teaching young children..

5.性格友善，容易相处，有团队合作精神

Easygoing and good communication with other team workers.

6.上班时间星期一至星期五：8：30am-12：00am

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8：30am-12：00am

薪资待遇：

Salary Package:

1.月薪：12000-20000/月

Monthly salary: RMB 12000-20000.

2.节假日：中国国家法定节假日

Holiday: Chinese Public Holiday

3.每周休息时间：一周双休
