Job Description:

1.来料收货、送检、合格品入库； Material Receiving, sending to check, and warehousing; 

2.根据相关单据进行备料、发料； Material Preparation and Issuing according to Pick-up Requests and Lists; 

3.出入库记录、库存账目管理； Warehouse Records Management for Material Warehousing and Issuing; 

4.仓库清洁整齐维护，使之符合5S要求； Responsible for the tidiness of warehouse and keep it at the level of 5S requirements; 

5.库存物料状态监控，积极做好防锈防尘等维护工作； Monitor the status of materials and perform a good maintenance, e.g. measures against rust and dust; 

6.参加、组织实施仓库定期盘点； Execute stock-taking according to company’s arrangement; 

7.不良物料及呆料、废料定期处理； Periodically dispose of idle materials and scrap materials; 

8.生产车间、仓库范围各类物料周转运输、重大物件吊运； Material transport internally in production workshop and warehouse; 

9.生产车间非生产区域的储存规划、使用监控、清洁整齐维护； Plan, monitor and do housekeeping for the non-production area in workshop; 

10.各类储存设施、运输设备维护保养与日常使用监管； In charge of maintenance and daily operation monitoring for transport equipment; 

11.负责仓库安全与安全设施维护； Responsible for warehouse safety and the maintenance of safety equipments; 

12.服从上级各级主管，完成其它临时工作。 Finish other tasks arranged by superior managers.     

Competency:

1. 管理类、机械类相关专业技校或以上毕业；

2. 有机械相关行业仓库工作经验者优先；

3. 熟悉仓库运作流程、帐目、库位调配、人员分工等工作；

4. 拥有叉车驾驶证、行车操作证，熟练驾驶叉车；

5. 熟练操作电脑，精通OFFICE；

6. 有一定ERP实际应用经验；

7. 对5S，ISO9000等有一定了解；

8. 勤奋踏实、耐心细致。
