岗位职责

1、接收客户订单，下达公司内部订单，制定交货计划，发送给相关部门，准备出货、客户资料整理归档等相关业务

2、跟踪订单的生产情况，及时协调处理订单操作过程中发生的问题

3、协助质量部处理客户投诉及退换货工作

4、负责每月交货对账及欠收款工作

5、完成上级主管安排的其他任务

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历，良好的英语书面及口语表达能力，1-2年跟单客服工作经验

2. 熟练使用ERP,EXCEL、WORD、PowerPoint等办公软件

3. 有较强的中英文表达能力、沟通协调能力、对工作有热情，工作细致，条理清晰，责任感强

4.熟悉机械模具加工

Customer service executive job duties:

1. Receiving customer orders, issued within the company orders, delivery plan and sent to the relevant departments, ready for shipment, the customer data compilation archives and other related business

2. The production situation of tracking orders, timely coordination problems arising in the course of processing order operation process

3. Assist quality department to handle customer complaints and relevant work

4. Responsible for monthly reconciliation of delivery and owe collection

5. Finish other task of supervisor arrangement

Customer service executive job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, good command of English in both written and oral English, One year working experience in documentary customer service

2. Skilled use of ERP, EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint and other office software

3.Strong in both Chinese and English power of expression, communication and coordination ability, have enthusiasm for work, careful, clear, strong sense of responsibility

4.Familiar  with the process of fabrication on mechanical and tool
