1. 负责日常的数据录入及处理；
2. 负责与客户洽谈，接收订单以及安排订舱，运输货物跟踪等事宜；
3. 制作空运单证及其他相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用等事宜；
4. 各类单证及文件的整理及归档等；
5. 能独立完成工作中遇到的问题；
6. 保持与客户的沟通，了解和满足客户需求，并保持良好的关系；
7.   领导交办的其他工作任务。 
8. 岗位要求：

                                        

1、学历：大专及以上学历，物流、货代、航运等相关专业；

    

2、英文水平：CET-4；

    

3、掌握WORD,EXCEL等办公软件和物流系统软件的应用；

    

4、熟悉货代操作流程，熟悉货运代理业务及相关专业知识；

    

5、有独立处理货代海运提单并有美线操作经验者优先；

    

6、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。
