1. 与客户进行良好沟通，了解客户需求，依据客户需要，提供技术解决方案，提供报价，谈判价格。

Good communication with customers, understand customer needs, providing technical solutions according to customer needs, quotation, and price negotiation.

2. 建立良好的客户关系，取得技术和业务的支持，及时了解客户的最新信息及潜在项目需求。

Good relationship with customer for technical and business support, finding new information about potential projects。

3. 与工程团队合作，为制造、自动化、机器人、及运送相关的设备和机器提供技术和概念解决方案。

Create in cooperation with the engineering team, technical solutions and concepts for equipment and machines for manufacturing, automatization, robotic and handling.

4. 跟踪销售合同的签订、监督合同的履行、合同管理，和客户回款的管理工作。

Tracking sales contracts, supervise the performance of the contracts, contract management and payment follow up.

5. 跟踪项目进展情况，与项目组成员定期回顾项目计划的落实。

Track the progress of the projects, review the project plans with the project team.

6. 协调技术、设计和生产部门，确保达成项目目标和客户满意。

Guide the technology, design and manufacturing process to ensure the project targets and customer satisfaction.

7. 协调并处理客户与公司之间的相关业务。

Coordinate and handle the business between customer and company.

8. 根据公司发展需要，经理安排的其他工作。

Manager arranges others tasks according to the needs of the company.

岗位要求 Job Requirement

1. 良好的英文口语及书写能力，德语优先。

Good written and oral English. German is a plus.

2. 机电、自动化相关专业，本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanic, automatization or similar.

3. 在非标设备和自动化相关领域有5年以上的工作经验。

Proofed record of minimum 5 years’ experience and existing network in the related field of special machine and automatization equipment.

4. 熟练操作计算机及其它办公设备。

Fluent using of the office software and office equipment’s.

5. 较强的沟通能力、合作性、责任心强。

Excellent skills in communication, motivation to co-working, organization, coordination, implementation ability and strong sense of responsibility for work.

6. 丰富的商务管理经验。

Experience in business administration

7. 可经常国内短期出差。

Can often domestic travel for short term.
