MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

-Analyst on fail module and disposition

-Closely monitor Yield performance and work out action plan to address the yield issue

-Work on yield improvement projects for Module Test process related.

-Support process excursion activities including identification, containment, notification, and implementation of corrective actions

-Support customer and internal audits

-Demonstrate good understanding and application of department processes, tools and systems

-Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

-Support environmental, health, safety and Security activities for FA technician team.

-Manage performance of the FA technician team.

Qualifications

-A good understanding of module testing knowledge

-Good English communication skills and ability to work under minimal supervision

-Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills

-Challenger seekers with good technical skills

-Python / Perl familiarity or experience is a plus

Educational Background

-Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering discipline or a combination of related experience and education is required.
