Job Title：Area Business Development Supervisor

Department：Sales Department

Reporting to：Area Sales Operation Manager

Subordinates: No, individual contributor

Location：Shanghai

Objective

Tap potential market and enrollment for new qualified dealers and achieve regional new store opening target;

Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for franchise business development in new market to achieve store opening target
2. Maintain good relationship with furniture mall in local, knowing the development plan of furniture malls in responsbile region.
3. Understand brand value, Be able to evaluate the proper location for Natuzzi Italia , be able to find out right prospects for the brand. 
4. Responsible the store development till opening including: sales budget set up, Contract agreement sign up, dealer’s operation team set up etc.
5. Visit marekt regularly, be able to give the latest market status as well as competitor’s development plans of responsible region. knowing well the competitor’s SWOP and provide the develpment plan for Natuzzi Italia brand. 
6. Be able to find out new prospect if we need to change dealers in responsible region.
7. Have the view of the furiture and life style industrial develpment trend

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with the industry of furniture & Life style, Luxury Retail and Franchise Business etc., with min. 3 years Sales BD and Sales OP related working experience;
   
2. College Degree or above;
3. Good communication skill with logic, can read and write in English; 
4. Has sharp business acumen and good execution ability;
5. Presentable, self-motivated and self-discipline, can work independent with ownership;
6. Be able to travel frequently;
