工作职责:

The X.D. family is looking for a passionate brand manager to join our premium games publishing team to help bring more awareness to our games and our company in the North American and Western European markets. As a brand manager, you will work with our social media,PR and influencer teams to help spread our love of games and our dedication to helping game developers succeed.

Develop and manage all phases of product publicity for our games within the North American and European markets.

Lead influencer relation programs, working with outside agencies to bring more awareness to our company and our games.

Draft extensive PR plans and strategies to be used throughout all phases of our marketing campaigns.

Align with our social media managers to ensure a clear and compelling brand message.

Pitch stories and ideas to western media teams to bring more awareness to our company values and our company games.

任职资格:

3 + years of working in western public relationships, gaming journalism and/or gaming media.

Strong knowledge in practical application of social media and influencer strategies.

Experience in campaign, promotions and/or event planning.

Experience in managing budgets

Ability to work with PR agencies, influencer agencies and gaming media

Ability to negotiate with Influencer agencies, gaming media and PR agencies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal

Strong ability to self-motivate and schedule one’s tasks accordingly

Working knowledge of marketing and/or game production

Ability to create and document processes/proposals clearly

Able to work effectively both individually and as a team member

Native level Chinese (Mandarin) and business fluent English language skills

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
