Senior research analyst, main responsibilities:

• Analyze research results and delivery actionable insight individually. 
• Accountable for questionnaire/outline design, project management, and report analysis.
• Preparing data plan and coding instruction. Control the data quality for both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Lead final report preparation with supervision and support from the director.
• Complete the tasks assigned by clients promptly and precisely.

• Corporate with colleagues from other analysts team in different countries abroad regularly.

• Able to coach junior associates for analytics and reporting skills in the future.

Key qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. Master's degree will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in oral and written English is highly desired. 
• Strong sense of data analytics and knowledge of qualitative methodology.
• Quick learning & accountability, strong logical mindset.
• Sufficient knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools such as SPSS.
• Be happy and adapt to work in the international group.

• Automotive industry involvement will be an advantage.
