Job Description：

- Drive performance improvement of key account teams to achieve regional sales target

- Manage and keep good relationship with existing customers and explore more business opportunities in Central China

- Develop and maintain regional customer relationships, solve all shipment related matters to continuously improve the service quality

- Work closely with operations teams to develop and implement the SOP when key accounts are set up and update the SOP according to their requirements, ensure full adherence to project process and guidelines

- Support operations teams to handle customer complaints, proposing solutions to problems, improving suggestions, and providing rectification opinions or new requirements to improve customer satisfaction

- Conduct regular review meetings with involved functions

Job Requirement：

- Bachelor degree above

- 5+ years’ experience in freight industry with KA management

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Good commercial and operational knowledge of the freight industry

- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management and logistics

- Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing required.

- Problem solving skills and customer service skills

- Good team player with strong analytical and planning skills

- Strong business acumen

- Willing to travel as required
