Role and Responsibilities

- In charge of the sales work in multi-national corporation market.

- Recruiting, managing and training the sales team.

- Sales quota commitment for the entire MNC sales team.

- Identifying customers in assigned territory/industry and explore their needs, develop the appropriate solution, generate leads pipeline and close the deal.

- Presenting Dogesoft's value and position against competitors.

Skils Required

- Bachelor or above degree with technical foundation knowledge and understanding.

- 3 years or above work experience as a sales manager in software or tech industry.

- Quick learning ability of IT solutions and technologies is a must.

- Good communication skills of listening, influencing and persuading.

- Proficiency in Mandarin and good command of speaking and written English.

- Multinational or oversea working experience will be a plus.

- Fast learner with growth mindset.

- Willing to travel as business required.
