Roles and Responsibilities:

■ Provide customer services include handling clients’ enquiries use of offshore companies (e.g. BVI, Cayman Islands, Singapore, Seychelles companies);

■ Relationship management for key clients;

■ Incorporation / Dissolution /Transfer in for offshore companies, mainly BVI, Singapore, Cayman Islands, Seychelles;

■ Exemption Limited Partnership form up in offshore jurisdictions, mainly Cayman Islands;

■ Conduct annual return filings for the offshore companies according to the statutory timelines of different jurisdictions.

■ Handle general clerical duties and prepare documentation;

■ Handle other projects/works assigned by department head;

■ Update standard operation procedure and in-house library for technical information about offshore companies;

■ Develop strong and long term relationship with clients to build loyalty.

Key Requirements:

■ Degree holder;

■ Minimum 2 years of Corporate Secretarial experience in offshore companies;

■ Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;

■ Able to work under pressure;

■ Proactive, self-motivated and is a team player with good interpersonal skills;

■ Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
