• Designing the solutions with ON's product contents to help the regional team for the demand creation and key customers penetration. 
• Providing technical support for ON's automotive and industrial products and services in the local China market. This includes product promotion through demonstration development such as demo boards, system level demos, and other electronic designs using ON Semiconductor products. 
• Position is responsible for positioning ON Semiconductor as a strategic partner within an assigned account base being the customer's technical interface. 
• Develop organizational and operational goals and objectives that will drive long-term sustainable growth for ON Semiconductor products and revenues over time.

Qualification:

• Bachelor+ Degree in Power Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience on middle level Power Platform including DC/DC, DC/DC application for Automotive & Solar platform
• Be familiar with Hardware Platform development including schematic, layout,dubug & build
• Strong problem solving skills from system level 
• Be familiar with the AC-DC, DC-DC structure design, circuit optimization, system design
• Be familiar with the power supply topologies and control methodologies
• Be familiar with the EDA design tool, including Cadence, Altium, Mathcad etc.
• Good command of local language and English writing, presentation and communication skills
