GENERAL SUMMARY

? Provides technical and consultative support on Data Center Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery opportunities on a range of IT consulting engagements. These projects may include analyzing requirements, implementation, customization, integration and documentation for the customer. Works closely with Project Managers, other team members, and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode. Key responsibility is to assist Project Manager with the successful execution of all consulting engagements including evaluating customers'' strategic business issues, identify requirements, create business case justifications, and propose appropriate enterprise solutions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Represents our company in a professional manner to customers and Partners at all times.

? Supports and reports to engagement project manager while assigned to active customer engagements. Ensures that all project communication with the customer goes through the engagement project manager.

? Analyzes requirements and assists in requirements implementation. Seeks advice or assistance from management as required during difficult customer situations. Works in conjunction with colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues encountered during implementations.

? Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures. Keeps project managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly. Provides knowledge transfer throughout and at the completion of assigned projects.

? Assists in the creation of proposals that address current and evolving client requirements. Interacts with clients in presentations, data gathering, and analysis activities.

? Participates in delivery of systems, products, applications and policies.

? Data Center Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Backup)/Cloud/ITIL/Application certification desired.

SKILLS

? Understanding of Data Center Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, Cloud,  and their value added to the customer.

? Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.

? Knowledge of Unix, Windows, Network, Storage, Server, Information Security, and Database.

? Communication skills.

? Ability to work in a team environment.

Education Required: Bachelors or above

Experience Required: 2~4 Years
