Responsibilities:

1. Solve material quality issues timely and support Manufacturing for urgent material shortage;

2. Onsite touchup works supporting is needed, such as de-burring, manual-drilling, thread-tapping, polishing, painting make-up and etc.;

3. Develop and implement inspection SOP for critical process kits parts, sourcing inspection;

4. Handle supplier caused CCAR (Usually for NC happened at customer site) & NCR (usually NC happenend at IQC or MFG site), including disposal of materials and follow-up of corrective actions;

5. Conduct supplier quality training program, ensure supplier and AMEC on the same page on product quality;

6. Conduct periodic supplier audit, generate audit report and address audit finding, then follow up the corrective actions to drive supplier continues improvement;

7. Work closely with incoming inspection team, support IQC team to generate Inspection Work Instruction for AMEC specified critical parts when requires;

8. Drive supplier have mature process control plan (***), process router (or process traveler), or other process control related documents, ensure AMEC product quality could be controlled with fixed process documents;

9. Work with supplier and AMEC internal team to find out the root cause of customer returned units and take corrective action;

10. Follow up First Article Inspection process, ensure the process could be thoroughly implemented;

11. Able to work closely with Engineering, MFG and IQC and suppliers;

12. Good verbal communication skill;

13. Willing to result issues in a team environment;

14. Other works assigned by (Sr.) Supplier Quality Manager

Requirements:

1.3-5 years working experiences as SQE in Mechanical/Automation/Semiconductor industry,

2.with 3-year College Education in Mechanical/Automation Engineering.
