1、 负责项目财务部日常工作

2、 审核原始凭证，确保及时入账；审核成本、控制费用支出

3、全面负责财务核算和分析工作

4、审核财务报表，完成纳税申报、统计月报

5、负责绍兴项目销售、清算阶段税务筹划工作

6、配合资金、资产管理的相关工作

7、协助总经理在财务部内外进行沟通、协调工作

任职要求：

1、 财会专业全日制本科以上学历，8年以上财务相关经验，3年以上管理岗

2、具有全面的财务专业知识，有全面账务处理及财务管理经验；

3、熟悉国家在房地产行业财务、税务相关的规定和政策；

4、具备房地产开发项目在销售、项目清算阶段财税实际操作经验

5、熟练使用MS Office，及财务软件

6、作风严谨，敬业负责
