The primary focus of this position is managing the equipment sales in bio-pharma and/or Chemical industry of China East. Key responsibility refer to below:

  

该职位主要负责华东地区生物制药以及化工行业仪器设备产品的销售工作。主要职责如下：

  

1.        Customer development and maintain - Understand the industry trends and develop new customers individually; Maintain a good relationship with existed/new customers.

  

客户开发和维护 –了解市场趋势以及独立开发新的客户；维护现有以及新客户的良好合作关系。

  

2.        Sales strategy – collect and analyze market information and competitor’s situation, make an effective strategy/proposal to improve sales performance, complete sales targets.

  

销售策略-收集和分析市场信息及竞争者的动态，制定行之有效的策略或方案以提高销售业绩，完成销售目标。

  

3.        Commercial management- understand customers’ expectations on budget, propose products and negotiate terms within customer’s expectation. Manage and resolve all commercial issues related, including but not limited to proposal/quotation, pricing, packaging, logistics, accounts receivable etc,

  

商务管理-了解客户在预算上的期望值，根据客户期望的预算范围推荐产品以及商务谈判。管理和解决商务有关问题，包括但是不仅限于方案/报价，定价，包装，物流以及应收等。

  

4.        Forecasting – Understand the annual/quarterly requirement of the customers and what level of their willingness on purchasing our products. Collect, investigate and inform upper level timely about relevant competitors activity/information.

  

预测-了解客户的年度/季度需求以及其对我司产品的采购意向程度。收集，调研并及时和管理层保持沟通关于竞争者的动态和相关信息。

  

5.        Technical support – Learn our products’ basic technical information and is able to propose right equipment to customers by working with other teams. Guide customers to select the most suitable products and satisfy their needs.

  

技术支持 – 学习我司产品的基本技术信息，能够在别部门同事支持下向客户推荐合适的产品，指导客户挑选最符合他们要求的产品。

  

6.        Work closely with another functions to well complete our targets, maintain a good image of company.

与公司其他部门保持紧密合作以完成公司目标，维护公司优良形象。

  

Qualifications:

1.        Bachelor above degree, at least 2~3 relevant industry experience will be preferred but excellent fresh graduates will be also considered.

本科及以上学历，希望至少2~3年相关行业经验，但如有特别适合的优秀毕业生我司也愿意培养。

2.        Good communication, interpersonal skills and proficient in Microsoft office

良好沟通和人际交往能力，熟练运用办公软件。

3.        Self- learner, positive, flexible, team player and strong sense of responsibility.

自学能力强，积极，灵活，有团队精神和高度责任心。

4.        Willing to travel and work under pressure with challenges

能够适应出差并能胜任有挑战和压力的工作。
