1. 检查核对托书内容并在系统建单；

2. 联系代理完成订舱业务，与客户沟通出运计划，确定到货到单时间，以及整柜的做箱时间；

3. 按截单时间与供应商确认做箱计划或送货计划，仔细核对相关数据；

4. 监督整个出货流程，及时处理其过程中发生的突发情况，对特殊做记录并跟踪；

5. 对MBL 的内容进行核对，并对有特殊情况或较复杂的HBL需指导单证工作；

6. 及时与客户进行费用确认，开航后7个工作日内完成系统相关操作和开票等作业；

7. 完成日常对内和国外的邮件处理，对业务中发生较复杂情况有独立思考处理能力。

能力要求：

1. 大专学历，有物流经验或相关专业毕业者优先；

2. 2年以上货运行业相关经验；

3. 熟悉装运的相关操作流程；

4. 具备敏感的市场反应能力，良通的沟通能力；

5. 具有高度的团队精神，专注细节，有定的抗压能力；

6. 英语读写熟练，熟悉Office办公软件。
