岗位职责描述：

1、 了解并熟悉个室内设计专业技术要求，能与项目中其他专业顾问进行沟通；（1）

2、 清楚并了解各个空间的尺度比例 及 了解人体工学的重要性（1）

3、了解自身能力并能合理安排工作时间，有效完成设计；对项目团队相互协作有明确的意识；能权衡工作内容的轻重及优先顺序并及时反应至上级（1）

4、设计空间效果，平面布置、天花及地面材质方案及主要立面的方案表现（1）

5、熟悉公司的制图标准、线型、出图方式（2）

6、能独立完成施工图的检查并对图纸中表达的设计意图进行确认，把控效果；（2）

7、将设计任务书配合效果图组转换成效果图（技术能力，不考核好坏）；（2）

8、和深化组对接施工图；（2）

任职要求：

A、学历、工作经验：

• 大学本科毕业1-5年，0-5年以上工作经验

B、态度及责任心：

• 优良的出勤记录；
• 体现出主动积极的学习及工作态度；
• 能有效并及时完成上级安排的工作；
• 服从并遵守上级合理安排的工作
• 主动带领并协助助理设计师；
• 在工作或日常当中遇到困难及阻碍时及并主动进行沟通

C、项目经验：

与团队一起完成1-3个不同类型的室内项目，其中1个需为酒店项目
