The Production Planner/Purchaser will be in charge of production planning, raw material purchasing. Use ERP system to set up the item price, follow system Po. Work with production team to arrange the reasonable work schedule, and issue the work order to production team, issue purchase order to suppliers. Deal RMA with vendors and customers. Other things related to planner and purchasing department.

生产计划/采购专员将主要负责生产计划安排和相关原材料采购。根据ERP系统，设置和管理产品价格。管理和跟踪系统订单。为生产部门安排合理的生产计划，开立工单。给供应商下采购订单。处理客户和供应商不良及退货、以及采购部门其他事宜。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

职责描述

1. 根据产品的标准工时，生产产能排定生产计划

2. 根据销售预测和订单交期排定月计划，周计划

3. 追踪每日生产状态，反馈异常工单，确保准时交货

4. 追踪，统计月度工单按时完成率

5. 分析库存和实际订单的数量

6. 生产物料成本统计，落实变更管理

7. 上级交待的其他任务

JOB REQUIREMENTS

职位要求

1. 大专及以上相关专业

2. 3年以上生产计划经验

3. 熟练运用office等办公软件

4. 良好的沟通能力，英语听说读写流利

5. 熟悉ERP等相关软件
