岗位描述

1、访客接待（招待、引见）。

2、办公室环境的管理（办公区域、办公家具及设备、绿化、保洁阿姨等）。

3、信件管理，收发快件，并做保管和制作每月账单。

4、办公用品、日用品的日常采购和管理，定制各类商务礼品。

5、负责公司租房合同的管理、房租、物业管理费、水电费等的申请。

6、部门内部各类文件、账单、员工请假单/出差单的归档。

7、配合上级做好其他行政、人事以及部分财务相关的工作

8、审核员工出差流程。

9、担任人事考勤系统的考勤管理员角色，管理公司员工日常考勤、计算出勤补贴，制作每月、每季、每年考勤报表。

10、参与公司员工活动的策划、筹备和组织协调。

11、对优化行政流程效率、控制成本的方面提出建议、改进方法。

12、配合上级做好其他行政人事方面的各项工作。

技能要求：

1、有长期稳定的就业意向，在上海长期居住或定居。住公司附近者优先、近三年无生育计划优先考虑。擅长并且热爱企业行政管理工作！

2、英语口语、书写熟练，无英语能力证书限制。

3、熟练运用Office办公室软件。较强的文字功底及语言表达能力。

4、专业电话接听技巧和职业商务礼仪。普通话标准、流利，无明显地方口音。

5、形象良好，热情和气，灵活开朗，善于沟通。

6、有良好的服务、服从意识和强大执行力。

7、思维清晰、头脑敏捷，理解能力强，具有较高的原则性与灵活性。

8、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，细心严谨，责任心强。

9、并有较强组织策划和协调能力，策划和组织团体活动。

10、凡事积极主动，具备高度工作热情，能够承受一定工作压力和挑战。

11、有会计从业资格证书者优先录取
