职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for driving the design, execution and delivery of the clinical development plan in collaboration with other cross-functional team members.
2.Take responsibility for clinical trial protocol development and medical monitoring activities in phase I/II & potentially phase III clinical studies.
3. Support preparation of study related documents (e.g. study protocol, IB, ICF, SAP) and publications.
4. Cross-functionally interact with other departments of the company, e.g. translational pharmacology, clinical operations, drug safety and regulatory.
5. Review clinical study data for safety reviews and clinical trial data analyses.
6. Interact and collaborate with external service providers and expert consultants.
7. Active contribution to reach the companies goals by supporting, discussing and executing a clear and integrated clinical development strategy.
Qualifications
1. Medical degree (M.D.) with good medical knowledge and clinical experience in oncology or related subjects, Ph.D would be a plus.
2. Preferably 1 years of industry experience in clinical development (phase I-III studies) in hematology/oncology; experience in immune-oncology would be a plus.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Analytical thinking with a results-oriented attitude.
5 Experience in working in matrix teams.
6. Ability to quickly build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7 Business fluent in English.
