Areas of Responsibility

  

• - TTL Time Booking and customer Time Booking System Training to newcomer and manage all project team members to finish on time.

• - Monthly time booking checking and time sheet collection

• - Billing to customer and tracking invoice

• - Project team support on any execution issues

• - New opportunities / positions tracking and hunting, candidate interview arrangement with customer, governance meeting assistant and arrangement

• - Cross project support on any urgent needs related to project management

              

Skills required：

  

• - Patient for any urgent task

• - Passion on interacting with different level in customer site

• - Master of office software

• - Capable to manage high confidential information

• - No tolerance on any mistake

• - At least 3 years of experience.

            - Sales experiences is plus
