1. 负责设定整车碰撞安全性能目标与整体开发策略，并进行目标分解

2. 负责整车碰撞安全性能开发方案与计划的制订与推进

3. 负责碰撞性能整体设计概念规划，对整车结构设计及总布置提供指导意见

4. 负责整车产品开发过程中出现的碰撞安全相关问题的分析与解决

5. 负责碰撞安全试验的计划制定、组织实施、过程跟踪与试验结果分析及优化

6. 负责协调CAE部门与工程部门，并根据项目要求，汇报碰撞安全开发状态

7. 负责碰撞安全性能与试验测试相关规范、流程的编制和不断完善

8. 负责跟踪碰撞安全发展趋势，进行前沿技术研究

                负责国内外汽车整车碰撞安全相关法规、NCAP规范跟踪研究

  

任职条件：

  

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械相关专业

2. 大学英语CET-6，英语口语无障碍

3. 3年以上整车碰撞安全性能相关工作经验，熟悉整车碰撞安全开发流程

4. 熟知国内外电动汽车相关整车法规要求，在碰撞安全方面有一定经验

5. 熟悉电动汽车碰撞安全仿真，熟悉试验开发方法

          良好的团队合作精神及沟通、协调、组织能力，积极主动的推动工作进程，能独立负责相关领域问题
