• 结合功能需求和硬件设计，对ADAS摄像头等模块进行机械结构设计，基于散热能力，密封能力，光学等方面进行前期设计评估。

• 同整车工程包括整车集成，内外饰，线束等部门合作，基于ADAS各模块布置安装要求，完成各模块车身布置。

• 使用Catia V6完成详细机械设计，完成3D设计和图纸制作（主要包括塑料件，压铸件，钣金）。

• 制作快速成型样件完成相关验证测试。

• 主导供应商端DFM评审，跟踪样件优化。对供应商模具试样和组装生产提供技术支持。

• 协助制定DV/PV测试计划，对DV/PV提供支持并主导机械相关测试失效分析。

• 参与DFMEA制定和评审，管理机械相关设计质量风险。

   

  任职资格：

• 本科及以上学历，从事机械设计相关工作3年以上。

• 有摄像头或其他密封性汽车电子产品机械设计经验优先

• 对汽车电子系统产品具备基本知识。

• 精通Catia机械和曲面设计

• 良好的英语沟通能力
