岗位职责：
1、负责仓库整体日常工作的按排；
2、仓库的工作筹划与进度控制，合理调配人力资源，对仓库现场各个工作的监控；
3、与公司其他部门的沟通与协调；
4、参与公司宏观管理和策略制定；
5、现场管理的督导目视化管理执行情况；
6、审订和修改仓库的工作操作流程和管理制度；
7、与业务部及生产部门沟通确认例外事情；
8、与相关部门确定工作接口和业务交接标准；
9、接受并完成上级交代的其它工作任务；
10、签发仓库各级文件和单据。
