Job Description:

• To provide all round receptionist duties, handle telephone communications, greet and direct visitors, and deal with simple administrative problems, screen all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and answer inquiries as appropriate
• Perform a variety of routine office administrative work, such as ordering office supplies, office equipment requisitions, office maintenance, mail and courier arrangements, update and filing documents, monthly invoices preparation
• Prepare reports and perform general clerical duties
• Assist the logistics support of sample offsite to warehouse
• Assist to maintain an office environment that is clutter free and as effective as possible
• Coordinate with Administration in arranging office activities
• Maintain a tidy mailroom and presentable reception area
• Co-ordinate with the service provider on the business travel arrangement such as Hotel, Flight etc.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• An friendly and caring personality and able to work independently
• Strong in communications, interpersonal skills, and customer-oriented person
• Proficiency in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Office, and good command in English & Mandarin
• Understanding of the various needs of a busy Sourcing Office
