1、负责全公司工艺技术工作和工艺管理工作，组织制定工艺技术工作近期和长远发展规划，并制定技术组织措施方案。             

2、编制产品的工艺文件，制定材料消耗工艺定额；根据工艺需要，设计工艺装备并负责工艺工装的验证和改进工作。

3、深入生产现场，掌握质量情况；指导、督促车间一线生产及时解决生产中出现的技术问题，做好工艺技术服务工作。

4、负责新产品图纸的会签和新产品批量试制的工艺工装设计，完善试制报告和有关工艺资料，参与新产品鉴定工作。

5、承担工艺技术管理制度的起草和修订工作，组织相关人员做好工艺管理，监督执行工艺纪律。

6、组织领导新工艺、新技术的试验研究工作，抓好工艺试验课题的总结与成果鉴定，并组织推广应用。做好工艺技术资料的立卷、归档工作。

7、积极开展技术攻关和技术改进工作，对技术改进方案与措施，负责签署意见，不断提高工艺技术水平。

8、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、熟悉机械加工工艺流程、模具加工工艺，热交换器和压力容器行业背景优先考虑。

2、熟悉IE、SPC、FMEA等常用工艺工程方法与工具。

3、熟练使用AutoCAD；能够阅读并解释、运用各类技术文件及说明。

4、具有丰富的项目开展经验，团队意识强。

5、具备解决现场故障的能力，统计调查分析能力，善于发现、寻找并解决问题。

6、机械制造和设计、工艺设计类专业，专科以上学历。

Located at 1088 Guoshun Road Fengxian District Shanghai, Shanghai Shuangmu Radiator Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the design and manufacture of heat exchangers and pressure vessels. Its 5 main products are: Heater, Cooler, Heat Recovery Unit, Air-cooled Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel. They are widely used in more than 30 industries such as nuclear power, malting, pulp&paper, tobacco, chemical fiber, petrochemical, steel, waste incineration power etc.
 
Shuangmu was established since 1992 and its registered capital is RMB 50 million. It covers a total land area of 31800 m2 with building area of 20800 m2. It has 218 employees, among which are 6 HVAC&Refrigeration Senior engineers, 25 engineers and designers, 40 certified welders, 18 certified welders (PV), 8 welders (receiving ASME training). The company has been ISO9001:2015certified and obtained manufacture&design license of Pressure Vessel and ASME certificate.
