应付账款专员（专用车业务）工作地点:无锡

主要职责：

每月根据采购入库通知单、采购订单，核对应开票金额，并通知供应商开票；每月将供应商送达的发票与入库通知单、采购订单、开票通知单匹配，并在SAP系统中进行发票校验；

每月根据供应商账龄编制本月付款计划，交上级领导审批后,交银行出纳付款，根据银行回单在SAP系统里做供应商付款账务处理；

每月根据应付账款账龄表，提出下月付款计划，及时向相关领导汇报；

每季按时、准确完成集团股份内部有业务联系的公司交易对账。
