职位描述：

1. Update and post internal movement announcement on associate notice board.

在员工布告栏上更新并张贴内部调动通告

2.Maintain and update personnel profile record （recruitment, promotion, transfer, termination, personal data, salary adjustment, turnover, etc） in both the Human Resources Management Information System （HRMIS） and individual personnel files.

在实际系统和员工个人档案中更新信息（招聘、升职、调职、辞退、个人信息、工资调整，流动等）

3.Initiate timely reminders to department heads on probation, contract expiry, etc

及时同时部门主管关于员工试用期、合同到期等信息

4 .Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of the associate canteen and locker areas in conjunction with the Food and Beverage / Housekeeping department.

与餐饮部/管家部一起确保员工餐厅和更衣室干净清洁

5.Coordinate with Security Department in monthly locker inspection

协调与保安部一起进行的每月更衣室检查

6.Coordinate with Medical Officer / Assistant to arrange for associate medical check-up and x-ray examination according to government requirement

根据部门要求，联络安排卫生局为员工进行体检和X光检查

7.Act as chief coordinator of Associate Activities Organizing Committee （AAOC）

在员工活动组织委员会担任协调

8.Be in charge of all the coordination and communication work of the associate relations related matters.

9. Facilitate the daily activities e.g. purchase requisitions, photocopying, etc in the Human Resources Office

10. Perform any other duties assigned by Personnel Services Manager, Training Manager and Director of Human Resources
