1. Ensure TS work is completed in adherence to EHS&S policies and guidelines
2. To be technical expert for product property and related adhesives /accessories
3. To be technical expert for product application technology and related system
4. Ensure related products/systems can be applied properly by providing application guidance, training and to develop the application technique consistently
5. Lead product application projects effectively include all activities in lab and site trials
6. Be technical window person to the customer and commercial team and familiar with product production process and internal quality control
7. Own the customer complain case handling and translate the product issue into internal quality improvement system
8. Develop TS management procedure , SOP and record template to standardize TS knowledge database
9. Provide support to marketing team ,such as product spec-in during the project design phase ,to support the business growth
10. Provide support to PMs and sales on third-party certificate, selling tools development, competition analysis and application know how
11. Assist in conducting quality issue investigation and root cause analysis, take proactive and effective application actions/solutions to prevent & reduce quality issue, and provide a continuous improvement system to business
12. Make sure all the information & documents of TS management are kept in right way
13. Other TS related thing

任职要求：
1. Engineering degree or equivalent education(full-time) with at least 2 years of working experience；Engineering/Construction decorating project management background
2. Knowledge of construction decorating projects or furniture processing
3. Basic kowledge of construction project management/budget is expected
4. Could accept 20%-30% business trip
5. Good presentation and communication skills
6. Good problem solving skills
7. Basic data collection and analytical skills
8. Fluent in English, spoken and written
