1. Utilize sales leads from current clients and identify new potential customers
2. Managing complete RFQ, quotation and negotiation process
3. Arrangement of customer meetings
4. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their specifications and extend product range
5. Working closely with customer service department, engineering and quality as a team in all aspects, according to the SLA and the roll of each one of them
6. Identification of customer complaints to recommend solutions/advice useful in resolving product/service issue
7. Design and implement follow up strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
8. Provision of periodic reports on sales activities to management 
9. Provision of sales forecast
10. Participation of sales review and project meetings
11. Market surveys to obtain information on new products, pricing, competition level and vehicle in operations data 
12. Escalation payment issues with customers
13. Participate in seminars, workshops and exhibitions to promote business opportunities  

职位要求：

1. 5 – 10 years’ work experience in account management
2. Experience in B2B sales for IAM and OEM in automotive industry
3. Experience in developing business with new customers and managing existing customers in China and for export countries
4. Proved successful performance increasing sales turnover and profit
5. As an advantage: an already existing network and footprint in automotive supplier business
6. Bachelor's Degree in business administration /international business, MBA will be an advantage
7. English on professional level – a must (reporting and daily work with management in English)
8. Understanding of the Chinese automotive supplier parts and after-market business
9. Driven and enthusiastic attitude to achieve successful results
10. Ability to identify bottle necks and work according to KPIs
11.  Team player and ability to work in an international work environment
