MAIN PURPOSE AND JOB SCOPE

  

The position will play a critical role in contributing to OnTheList continued business success by planning and promoting the Flash Sale in China.

  

Reporting directly to Managing Director of China，he/she will lead team to focus on promoting and protecting OnTheList brand image, leading the communication regarding Marketing and creative, digital venture, channel development, working closely with cross-function teams.

  

In addition, the HEAD OF MARKETING&COUMMUNICATION needs to be a progressive, creative and social story-teller to represent and promote brands to partners, media and followers.

Identifies brand communications needs and opportunities;

  

Develops communication strategy and integrated communication calendar/plans to promote the OTL brand image.

  

Create and curate brand/promotion content that can be applied across all platforms.

  

Manage budgets to ensure effective spending and accountability to media and partners;

  

Takes accountability and continuously seeks and uses feedback from others to improve;

  

Passionate about the brand. Positive attitude and fit in OTL culture;

  

 

  

REQUIRMENT

  

· Minimum 10 years working experience and 3 years people management experience, in brand/Marcom communications and fashion, luxury media related field preferred;

  

· Good English and Chinese language skills required;

  

· Excellent at copywriting;

  

· Rich and proven experience in brand promotion;

  

· Good media relation and familiar with various communications channels, esp. new media;

  

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (clearly, timely and concisely, both orally and in written);
