岗位职责：

1、负责海外产品运营，跟踪效果、分析数据、持续优化运营方案，提高转化率；

2、对用户行为和使用体验的方面进行监控及回应，及时将获得的数据和分析结果反馈给相应人员

3、对产品转化策略和运营策略持续迭代调优，有效地推动活动和产品改进；

4、設計并且落地用户增长的方案。

5、负责Instagram， Facebook，Twitter等主流社交账号的运营和用户增长

任职要求：

1、具有1-3年用户运营、海外产品运营、用户增长相关项目经验优先；

2、良好的英文听说读写能力，有第二外语专长优先（须英语六级及以上）；

3、有社区运营的经验，能创建话题促进用户活跃；

4、有良好的产品思维和数据分析能力

5、优秀的沟通协调及团队协作能力，自我驱动能力强。

6、统招本科或以上
