Report to: China Controller

Job Description

- Ensure proper account classification & reporting in alignment with EPI (US operations) and prepare monthly management reports (including forecasts, variance analyses, profitability, etc)

- Proactively monitor the accounts receivable and inventory balances to provide support in efficient management of working capital.

- Lead the annual budget and capital planning process for the regional machinery business.

- Play an integral part of ensuring adherence to all internal control processes and company policies & procedures (including leading/participating in peer reviews, self-reviews, etc)

- Lead/support special projects as required (i.e. profitability analysis, SAP, reporting standardization, working capital reduction, etc)

- Work closely with the local, regional, & global finance teams, including EPE center, located in Cedar Rapids.

- Develop & lead the financial reporting requirements for the machinery business, with immediate focus on the PSC assembly operations.

- Provide business analysis as required

- Provide timely and useable information for management

- Have a good business sense: is/was pretty experienced in various finance areas: finance knowledge and understanding of Commercial and Manufacturing industry, Financial reporting, internal control, China taxation etc.
