Responsibilities:

 As Technical Sales Engineer at KMA you are working closely with our sales and project colleagues at KMA Germany throughout the sales and project process by

• identifying potential clients and relevant contacts throughout the clients’ organization
• 识别潜在客户和客户组织架构中的相关联系人
• introducing KMA and KMA’s products to potential and existing clients
• 向潜在客户介绍KMA及KMA的产品
• defining project scope, analysing feasibility & risk and calculating ROI according to customer site requirements
• 定义项目范围，根据客户现场要求进行可行性分析和风险评估，并计算ROI
• creating proposals / preparing bidding documents
• 编制建议书/制作招标文件
• closing deals by convincing with technical details and advantages over competitors
• 通过技术细节和相对于竞争对手的优势说服客户达成交易
• keeping regular contact with customers and identify follow up projects or after-market business
• 与客户保持定期联系，确定后续项目及售后业务
• organising product trainings for sales personnel of OEM partners
• 为OEM合作伙伴的销售人员组织产品培训
• organising and participating in exhibitions and conferences
• 组织和参加展览和会议

  

Requirements:

• Educational background in engineering and/or work experience in selling technically sophisticated products with proven sales record in the textile finishing industry
• 工程教育背景和/或具有销售技术复杂产品的工作经验，须在纺织整理行业有可靠的销售记录（定型拉幅机等）
• Open and friendly personality with strong English & Chinese communication skills (both written & spoken)
• 性格开朗友好，具有较强的中文沟通能力
• High degree of service commitment and customer orientation
• 具有高度的服务和以客户为导向的意识
• High level of time management and self-organisation
• 具有较强的时间管理和自我管理能力
• Good office software skills
• 能熟练操作办公软件
