岗位职责：

1. 负责建立完善客服管理制度、业务标准及流程，规范化管理服务标准与话术制度；
2. 负责客服团队建设，内部培训指导，优化团队人员结构；
3. 负责客服团队总体管理和总体KPI（包括但不限于客户满意度、平均回复相应时长、售后服务综合指标、电话放弃率等） ；
4. 负责日常以及活动大促期间的人力资源测算和管理；
5. 负责管理客服团队数据分析，确保报表准确性、及时性；
6. 负责客诉升级处理，优化服务质量，提升客户满意度和忠诚度；
7. 负责与运营，产品，市场等团队密切合作；
8. 负责定期的月度/季度业务汇报；
9. 负责线下销售渠道的拓展，线下活动的组织安排等。

任职要求:

1. 3年以上电子商务团队管理经验，熟悉天猫、淘宝等平台的售前、售中、售后、评价、投诉等相关规则优先；
2. 具备良好的运营管理和流程建设能力；
3. 具备一定的营销能力，能系统性地挖掘客户潜在需求，为客户提供更为完善的服务，提升客服转化率，增强客户黏性；
4. 具备一定的公关能力，能及时处理危机及突发情况；
5. 具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能定位业务问题，并提出改善建议；
6. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，团队协作能力和领导力，较强的服务意识和责任心；
7. 能适应快节奏、多任务的工作方式；
8. 英语书写阅读能力良好，口语流利者优先；
9. 办公软件使用熟练。
